Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Blaast for use of the platform.
Effective: 17 May 2026.
1. The service
Blaast provides an autonomous multi-agent platform that builds and operates companies from a prompt, under founder approval at strategic checkpoints.
2. Plans & billing
- From €990 / month per company (engagement fee, scoped per company), billed monthly, cancel anytime, includes a dedicated onboarding and a monthly 1-hour board session with the AI CEO.
- Model token usage is metered and billed at cost, on top of the engagement fee. Typical range €50 to €1,000 / company / month.
- No free plan. Hard spend caps are available in the dashboard.
3. Acceptable use
No unlawful, infringing, or abusive use. You are responsible for the businesses you create with Blaast and for reviewing strategic checkpoints before approval.
4. Human in the loop
Blaast drafts, recommends and executes, it does not sign contracts, hire/fire, or commit funds without your explicit approval.
5. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blaast's liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
6. Termination
You can cancel at any time, self-serve. We may suspend accounts for breach of these terms.
7. Governing law
French law. The courts of Paris, France have exclusive jurisdiction.
